For non-account customers a Credit Card hold will be taken when logging a service call, when the technician comes to your site you can pay Cash or authorise for the Credit Card funds to be released.

Once your service call has been logged a technician will be allocated to your call with the aim to be at your door step within 24 hours of when the job was logged.
